APC Homemakers provides two different types of services. Primary Home Care (PHC) is non-technical, medically related personal care prescribed by a physician. Medicaid eligible clients may receive PHC if they have health problems which cause them to be functionally limited in preforming daily living activities.Non-skilled, non-technical services can be provided by a family member, friend, or neighbor for eligible aged or disabled adults who are functionally limited in daily activities.

With locations in both Harlingen and Corpus Christi, Nurse Placement Services of Harlingen, Inc services all of South Texas. This APC company provides managed care home health services in an organized and cost-effective manner, working together with providers and insurers. Clients may be referred to NPS from hospital discharges, rehabilitation facilities, doctor’s offices, nursing homes, insurance companies, and Managed care organizations.Another service that NPS offers is Supplemental Staffing, providing relief staffing to hospitals, nursing homes, physician offices, and other areas.
NPS also offers Private Duty Services for medical and non-medical services on long-term, short-term, and intermittent basis. These services include sitter services for adults and children, live-in companions, and more.
