APC Home Health Service, Inc. was founded in 1982 by Tere and Frank Painter. Back then, it was a small in-home health service agency located in Harlingen, TX, providing much-needed home health care services to under-served clients. Since then, it has evolved into a comprehensive health care system, employing more than 2,000 employees and offering:

As the need for high quality, cost effective health care services grew, the company expanded to other under-served counties in Texas.
